Application standards
Materials are only part of the result. We use sample-first approval, site documentation, and milestone QA so artistic finishes are repeatable for export partners and project teams.
Standard workflow
- Substrate inspection: flatness, moisture, strength — documented on site.
- Primer / sealer: uniform absorption, reduced alkali risk.
- Mid / texture coats: trowel rhythm and grain control per system.
- Top / protection: stain resistance, scrub cycles, visual consistency.
- Final acceptance: checklist against approved sample panel.
Substrate & environment (critical)
- Keep substrate moisture within product limits (typically ≤10%; confirm on site).
- Temperature and humidity must match technical data — no forced work in extremes.
- Thin coats, multiple passes; consistent burnishing to avoid mottling and seams.
- Full dry between coats before next pass.
Delivery commitments
- Eco commitment: Low-VOC and waterborne systems prioritized; traceable application and handover.
- Process commitment: Substrate inspection → sample approval → phased application → milestone acceptance.
- Delivery commitment: Technical support, applicator training, and after-sales for residential & commercial.
